Bird Watching In Nepal

Nepal is a padise for bird lovers and ornithologists as it is home to more than 8% of the world's total bird population. It's exceptional richness in bird life including obver 850 species, has contributed to bringing thousands of visitors every year.

Kathmandu Valley alone contains about 500 species of birds, The most popular birdwatching spots in kathmandu are Phulchoki, Godavari, Nagarjun, Bagmati River and Taudaha.
